All you have to do is get online. All of BizPRO's databases are loaded online, so you'll never have to worry about data being out of date. BizPRO allows companies to communicate via an online company calendar, Mass E-Mail, Action Items, Current Announcements, Press Releases and much more. BizPRO also bases each user on his/her access rights. Users can be added/modified with every access right available or with only a few access rights.

- Personal Information - This feature allows each user to modify his/her name, password, address, city, state, zip, phone, fax, cell, pager and e-mail address to ensure each user is easily within reach.
- Company Calendar - This is the most sophisticated calendar out there. You can easily add events to the calendar by department (depending on user access rights), choose what kind of event type it is and much more.
- Mass E-Mail - BizPRO's Mass E-Mail allows users to e-mail every other user within the company through just one form.
- Action Items - this feature allows users to add/modify/delete Action Items by department with due dates, completion dates, issues and resolutions and much more, as well as view reports on past Action Items.
- Company Users - Users with the applicable access rights are allowed to add departments and users to the website.
